Detailers who stay.
Glänzen is full-time work, on payroll, paid above the market. We train in-house from week one. We've kept the same core team since the second branch opened. Below are the seats that are open right now.
We pay the rent, you do the work.
Full-time, not piecework
Detailing in Ghana is often paid by the car. We don't do that. Salary, benefits, paid leave, end-of-year bonus.
Training is on us
Two weeks of in-house training when you join — wash technique, polishing, ceramic prep, customer-facing. Every six months, a refresher.
Above-market pay
We pay above the market for the role because we want you to stay. The longer you're here, the better you get. We share that.
Tools you can use
Festool polishers, Gtechniq pads, Iron-X chemistry. Real tools, properly maintained. You leave each shift to a clean bay.
Open seats.
Senior Detailer
Lead detailer at East Legon. Owns the bay during your shift, runs paint correction and ceramic prep, signs off on QC for the junior team.
Bay Lead
Lead the bay rotation at Tema — our largest, busiest branch and the fleet-heavy one. You sequence the day, assign jobs, and run handoffs with the branch manager.
From email to first shift.
Apply by email
Send your CV plus a short note — what you've worked on, what you're proudest of. careers@glanzen.studio.
Phone call
Within 48 hours we call back. 20 minutes. You ask us about the work; we ask you about the work.
Trial shift
Half a day at the bay. Paid. You meet the team, do a job under supervision, see what we actually do.
Offer
If it's a fit on both sides, written offer the next day. Start date typically within two weeks.
