What you'll do
- 01Run paint-correction work end-to-end — paint depth read, machine polish, finishing pass.
- 02Mentor two junior detailers; sign off on their work before customer hand-back.
- 03Prep vehicles for ceramic coating — IPA wipe-down, panel inspection, customer photo record.
- 04Maintain the bay tools and consumables; flag low stock to the branch manager.
- 05Hand the customer their car personally on premium-tier jobs.
What we're looking for
- 013+ years of hands-on auto detailing experience.
- 02Confident with a dual-action polisher; comfortable explaining the difference between cut, polish, and finishing pads.
- 03Read paint-depth gauges; know when to stop.
- 04Speak English plus Twi or Ga.
- 05Clean driving license.
Nice to have
- 01Prior experience with 9H ceramic systems.
- 02Familiarity with leather conditioning and headliner repair.
Compensation
Above-market base + monthly performance bonus. Full-time, full benefits, on payroll from day one.
