Booking cadenceMonthly service calendar agreed at the start of each quarter. Dedicated bay windows at the branch of your choice.
InvoicingItemised monthly statement on the 1st, payable Net-30. One PDF, one PO, GRA-compliant E-VAT.
SLAExpress wash ≤ 90 min, Full detail ≤ 4 hr, Ceramic ≤ 8 hr from drop-off. Missed SLA credits to next invoice.
ReportingPer-vehicle service log, photo record, condition notes — exportable from your fleet dashboard.
Volume discount8% for 6–14 vehicles, 11% for 15–29, 14% for 30+. Applied per invoice line.
Cancellation12 hours' notice. Otherwise 25% of service fee.
Full draft available on request; redlines accepted before signature. Two business-day turnaround on counter-proposals.
