Booking cadenceMonthly service calendar agreed at the start of each quarter, with dedicated bay windows booked in advance.
InvoicingItemised monthly statement on the 1st, payable Net-30. One PDF, one PO.
ReportingPer-vehicle service log, photo record, condition notes — exportable from your fleet dashboard.
Volume discount8% for 6–14 vehicles, 11% for 15–29, 14% for 30+. Applied per invoice line.
CancellationFree. We ask for at least 2 hours' notice before the appointment.

Redlines accepted. Two-day counter-cycle. MSA + first service calendar signed together.

Pickup-collect from your lot if requested. Photo record of every vehicle on intake.
