Do I still need to wash the car?+
Yes. Ceramic makes washing easier and the finish more durable. It does not make a car self-cleaning.
Why does it take a full day?+
The coating only works on properly prepared paint. The preparation is most of the day; the coating itself is the last hour, and then it has to cure.
