Will you remove every scratch?+
Anything within the clear-coat, yes. Scratches that have cut through to primer need touch-up paint first — we'll tell you on the assessment.
Why is correction required before ceramic?+
Ceramic locks in whatever's beneath it. You don't want to lock in swirl marks for three years.
