Lead the bay rotation at Tema — our largest, busiest branch and the fleet-heavy one. You sequence the day, assign jobs, and run handoffs with the branch manager.

What you'll do
- 01Plan the daily bay schedule across 10 bays with the branch manager.
- 02Assign work orders to detailers based on tier, vehicle class, and customer relationship.
- 03Run morning briefings and end-of-shift handoffs.
- 04Be the customer-facing voice on fleet pickups — Stanbic, UNDP, anchor accounts.
- 05Spot-check QC across all bays; intervene before issues reach the customer.
What we're looking for
- 012+ years of detailing experience.
- 02Comfortable running a team of 4–8 detailers.
- 03Strong written English for customer comms.
- 04Process-minded: you reach for the checklist, not the shortcut.
Nice to have
- 01Experience in hospitality, fleet logistics, or service operations.
- 02Familiar with our app or similar service-management software.
Compensation
Above-market base + supervisor allowance + monthly performance bonus. Full-time.
